3.1 7-Day Performance Verification
If your vacuum cleaner or automatic sanitizer dispenser arrives with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days. We offer a full replacement or repair service once our quality team verifies the mechanical issue at our Islamabad center.
3.2 Hygiene Standards for Returns
To maintain our health and safety protocols:
- Sanitizers & Liquids: For hygiene reasons, these items are non-returnable once the protective seal is broken.
- Vacuum Cleaners: Can be returned within 7 days if they are in original, unused condition with all filters and attachments in their original packaging.
- Used Vacuums: Items that have been used to clean debris or have dust in the canisters cannot be returned unless a clear mechanical defect is proven.
3.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the product passes our sanitary and mechanical inspection.
